The workshop at our headquarters in Nairobi, Kenya is fully equipped to carry out virtually any type of repair on a wide range of manufacturers’ pipettors.  
Our service personnel adhere to standard operating procedures that are compliant with ISO 9000 and ISO 17025, as well as local protocols if required. All our operations are audited by a UKAS accredited calibration laboratory in the UK.
